- Patient has no insurance coverage for x-rays or referral for consultation evaluation

Measure Calculation Example
Dr. Fournier had 15 patients with muscular dystrophy from January 1 to December 31 of the measurement year. This is the denominator. Three patients cannot tolerate evaluation and one patient declined. These patients are removed from the denominator.
Of the remaining 11 patients, four had a scoliosis evaluation ordered. This is the numerator.
