Measure Calculation Example
Dr. Lu has 100 patients between January 1 and December 31 aged 18 years and older diagnosed with ET. This is the denominator.
Of the 100 patients that qualify for this measure, 40 had an assessment of tremor severity recorded in the medical record for the year. This is the numerator.
Quality of patient care = 40/100. Dr. Lu has a score of 40% for this measure.
