Measure Purpose: Counsel patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) on the benefits of exercise and physical activity.
The numerator: patients with MS counseled on the benefits of exercise and appropriate physical activity for patients with MS in the past 12 months
is divided by
the denominator: all patients with a diagnosis of MS.
There are no exclusions for this measure. All patients including those unable to exercise should be provided information on the appropriate range of motion and activity.
